The evolution of ownership

Every home can open a shop on the block.

Your garage is a storefront. The drill in the corner, the kayak in the rafters, the pressure washer you used once — that's inventory. Price it, list it, and your block becomes your market. Run your home like the small business it already is.

Turn what you love into income

Whatever you love, your block might pay for it.

Your hobby isn't only a hobby — it can be a little income, and a way to meet neighbors who love the same things. Sell what you rarely use, rent out the rest, and put your talent on the block.

Green thumb?

List seedlings, seeds, houseplants, and seasonal flowers — your garden already grows more than you can keep.

Handy with a brush?

Show the block your paintings and crafts — and sell the pieces you're ready to pass on.

Gear gathering dust?

That tool, kayak, or camera you barely touch — sell it, or rent it out and let it earn.

Need something?

Rent it from a neighbor before you buy — chances are it's already on your block.

Rent before you buy. Earn from what you already own. Meet the people next door.

Mr. Evorios
Questions

Good to know before you start

What is Evorios?

Evorios is a neighborhood marketplace where people rent and sell household things to each other — tools, sports gear, appliances, baby equipment, and more. Everything is local, so pickup is usually a short walk or drive away.

How much can I earn?

It depends on what you list and how often it rents, but unused things add up — a pressure washer, a kayak, the drill in the corner. Your Garage dashboard shows what you've earned, your best listings, and a monthly target to grow toward. You start at zero and build from there.

How do I open my garage and list my first item?

Create a free account, tap List, and follow the steps — photos, title, category, price, availability. In about 30 seconds your first item is live. Then print or save its QR sticker so pickup and return stay clear.

Do I have to be first? Is an empty neighborhood a problem?

Not at all — being first is an advantage. If no one on your block has opened a garage yet, neighborhood demand is yours to win. Open early, list what you have, and become the local go-to before anyone else shows up.

How do renting and selling work?

Renting means a neighbor borrows your item for a set period and returns it. Selling means they buy it and keep it. You choose when you create a listing — and you can offer either over time.

How do payments work?

Renters pay in the app when a booking is confirmed. Funds are held for the rental, and you're paid after a successful return. Payments run through Stripe — you don't handle cash for tracked rentals. The full total (rent, any fee, and deposit) is always shown before anyone pays.

What is a QR sticker and why do I need one?

Every rentable item gets a QR code. Scanning at pickup and again at return confirms the handoff — who had the item, and when. It protects both sides and keeps the rental timeline clear.

How does the deposit work?

Many rentals include a refundable deposit — a hold on the renter's card, not a charge. It's released automatically after a clean return. If there's documented damage or loss, the host can claim within the window shown in the app. Evorios isn't an insurer; the deposit is simply a hold.

What if something goes wrong during a rental?

Message the other person first — most things sort out there. If not, open a dispute from the rental and add photos or notes. Evorios is a neutral platform: both sides get the records, QR timestamps, and messages, and the deposit stays held while things are reviewed.

Is my payment and personal information secure?

Yes. Card details are handled by Stripe — Evorios never stores full card numbers. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there's no password to steal. Only enter card details in the official app — never in chat.
